The Office of Emergency Communications (OEC) is pleased to announce the application period has opened for eligible public safety answering points (PSAPs) to apply for grants under the competitive FY25 PSAP Grant Program. The Wisconsin Department of Military Affairs (DMA) has been allocated $18 million for this year’s PSAP grant program. Grant eligibility criteria, allowable and unallowable expenses are governed by Wisconsin Administrative Code Chapter DMA 2, as recommended by the State 9-1-1 Subcommittee.

Applications for this grant opportunity are due by August 1, 2024. Designated PSAPs that meet the eligibility criteria established by administrative code are eligible to apply for allowable expenses under the grant program.
